She has worked with WordPress since 2008, and has been heavily involved with the WordPress community since 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When she&#8217;s not in front of her computer, she&#8217;s either training karate (where she is a 3rd dan black belt), competing in latin ballroom dance, or playing clarinet in a local community band. If you want to win her love, good coffee or craft beer (no stouts!) are key.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miriam is also known for performing kata during lunch hour at WordCamps she attends.
