We are incredibly pleased to introduce this year’s Keynote Speaker, Nyasha Green.
Green’s steadfast advocacy for representation in all areas of WordPress and technology is one of the many reasons she’s the ideal person to represent WordCamp Rochester as our keynote speaker.
Nyasha is a seasoned software developer that expertly bridges the gap between coding and storytelling. All while wearing multiple hats as a writer, mentor, and instructor. She aspires to introduce over 1000 new diverse individuals to the world of WordPress, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and diversity in the digital realm.
When she’s not coding, writing, or mentoring, Nyasha loves to travel all over, indulging in diverse culinary delights, and giving back to her community in various ways. A firm believer in the power of rest, she cherishes her naps, ensuring she’s recharged and ready to make her mark.
Nyasha’s talk, Charity Begins at Home, Why Communities are Stronger Together, is the perfect testimony to the Rochester WordPress community, and, indeed, for the global WordPress community.
WordCamp Rochester is a one-day event on September 30, 2023.
